REFUND POLICY

OGPS is committed to delivering high-quality conference experiences while maintaining fair and transparent refund practices.

Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued primarily as OGPS Credit Vouchers (OCV), usable for future OGPS events.
  • Credit vouchers are valid for one year, non-transferable, and hold no cash value.

 

Delegate Categories

Fully Funded / Partially Funded Delegates

  • Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Self-Funded Delegates

Full Registration Fee

  • Eligible for credit voucher based on cancellation timelines.

Discounted Registration Fee

  • Not eligible for cash refunds or transfers.

 

Cancellation Timeline (Discounted Registration)

  • 45+ days before event: 100% credit voucher
  • 30–44 days: 50% credit voucher
  • 15–29 days: 25% credit voucher
  • Less than 15 days: No refund (no-show)

 

Refund Requests

Refund or voucher requests must be emailed to:

Include:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Conference Name
  • Reason for request
  • Supporting documents (if applicable)

 

Special Circumstances

OGPS may review refund requests individually in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances.

 

Travel Reimbursement (Fully Funded Delegates)

Reimbursement forms are provided post-event. Processing may take 4–8 weeks after submission.

 

Invitation Letter Category

Fees paid solely for invitation letters are non-refundable. Visa approval remains the sole responsibility of the delegate.
