Refund Policy

OGPS is committed to delivering high-quality conference experiences while maintaining fair and transparent refund practices.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued primarily as OGPS Credit Vouchers (OCV), usable for future OGPS events.
Credit vouchers are valid for one year, non-transferable, and hold no cash value.

Delegate Categories

Fully / Partially Funded

Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Agreement to Terms

Before proceeding to checkout, all applicants must review and sign the Terms and Conditions Declaration to confirm acceptance of the stated terms.

Travel Reimbursement (Fully Funded)

Eligible for travel expense reimbursement after the event. Delegates must submit a completed form including bank details. Processing takes 4–8 weeks.

Self-Funded / Forum Access

Full Registration Fee

Eligible for credit voucher based on cancellation timelines.
Invitation letter fee & applicable tax will be deducted. Remaining balance issued as OCV.

Discounted Registration Fee

Not eligible for cash refunds or transfers.

45+ days 100% credit

30–44 days 50% credit

15–29 days 25% credit

Less than 15 days No refund

Special Circumstances

OGPS may review refund requests individually in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances.

Invitation Letter Category

Fees paid solely for invitation letters are non-refundable. Visa approval remains the sole responsibility of the delegate.
